Hi there! I'm Jennifer Boubel, the heart and soul behind Margin Matters Capital Management (MMCM). With a dynamic corporate career spanning over 20 years, I've developed expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, financial management and team leadership across Fortune 100 companies like USAA, The Boeing Company, BAE Systems, and Accenture. My journey began from a personal quest to not just earn but to grow wealth and achieve financial freedom. Inspired by the transformative power of alternative wealth strategies and tangible asset investments, I founded MMCM in 2020. Based in the beautiful city of San Antonio, Texas, I manage a portfolio that spans single-family properties in the Midwest to luxury apartment buildings in Dallas, TX and Ft Lauderdale, FL. When I'm not strategizing investments or consulting, I love to travel, learn, volunteer, and soak up the great outdoors with my husband Hector and our daughter Omara.
